What does Sleek Sheets do?
It syncs your Shopify orders, products, customers, and inventory into a Google Sheet you own - in clean, formatted tabs - and builds an Overview dashboard with charts. You can sync on demand or, on Pro, automatically every hour or day.
What does it access in my Shopify store?
Read-only access to orders, products, customers, and inventory. We never create, edit, or delete anything in your store - we only read data to copy it into your spreadsheet.
What does it access in my Google account?
Only the single spreadsheet it creates for you. We use Google’s drive.file scope - the most restrictive Drive permission - so Sleek Sheets cannot see, open, or modify any other file in your Google Drive.
Where is my data stored?
In your own Google Sheet. Sleek Sheets is a conduit: during a sync your store data passes through and is written into your sheet - we don't keep a copy of it. On our side we store only your settings and the encrypted access tokens needed to talk to Shopify and Google.
Do you sell or share my data?
Never. Your data is used solely to build and refresh your spreadsheet. We don't sell it, rent it, share it with third parties, or use it for advertising or profiling.
Is my customer data safe?
Yes. We process only the customer fields you choose (such as name and email) to populate your sheet, and we don't retain that personal data on our servers. Access tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) and all traffic runs over HTTPS.
What happens when I uninstall?
Syncing stops immediately and your access tokens are revoked. Within 48 hours we delete the records we held for your shop. Your spreadsheet stays yours - keep it or delete it anytime. To remove data sooner, email support@fiery.tools.
How often does it sync?
On the free plan you sync manually (with a daily limit). On Pro, syncs run automatically every hour or every day, plus unlimited manual syncs.
Can I choose what syncs?
Yes. Pick which tabs to include (orders, products, customers, inventory), which columns appear in each, and how many recent rows to keep.
Will it interfere with my other spreadsheets?
No. Because of the drive.file scope, Sleek Sheets can only ever write to the one spreadsheet it created for you. It has no access to anything else in your Drive.
What does Pro cost?
$9/month. Pro unlocks unlimited manual syncs and automatic hourly or daily scheduling.
