Privacy Policy

Sleek Sheets (“we”, “us”) is a Shopify app that copies your store data into a Google Sheet that you own. This policy explains what we access, why, and how we handle it. We keep our access as narrow as possible on purpose.
What we access
Your Shopify store (read-only)
With your permission, we read orders, products, customers, and inventory from your store so we can write them into your spreadsheet. We request read-only scopes and never create, edit, or delete anything in your store.
Your Google account (one spreadsheet only)
We use Google’s drive.file scope, which is the most restrictive Drive scope available. It lets Sleek Sheets create and update only the single spreadsheet it makes for you. We cannot see, open, or modify any other file in your Google Drive, and we never request broader Drive access.
How we use your data
Store data is used solely to build and refresh your spreadsheet. We do not sell it, rent it, share it with third parties, or use it for advertising or profiling. Each sync simply replaces the data in your sheet with the current state from your store.
Protected customer data
If you enable the optional Customers tab, we process the Shopify customer fields you select in accordance with Shopify’s Protected Customer Data requirements, only to populate your spreadsheet. You can disable the Customers tab at any time.
Data we store
To run the sync we store your store domain, your app settings (which tabs and columns you chose), and the access tokens needed to talk to Shopify and Google. Tokens are stored encrypted. Your actual store records live in your Google Sheet, not on our servers, beyond what is briefly processed during a sync.
Retention and deletion
Uninstalling the app stops all syncing. To have your stored settings and tokens deleted, or to revoke Google access, uninstall the app and email us at support@fiery.tools; you can also revoke access anytime from your Google Account’s security settings. Deleting the spreadsheet is always in your control.
Changes
We may update this policy as the app evolves; we will revise the date above when we do.
