Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Sleek Sheets (the “Service”), a Shopify app that syncs your store data into a Google Sheet. By installing or using the Service, you agree to them.
The service
Sleek Sheets reads data from your Shopify store and writes it into a Google spreadsheet it creates for you, with formatted tabs, status chips, deep links back to your admin, and an Overview dashboard. Syncs run when you trigger them, and (on the Pro plan) on an automatic schedule.
Plans and billing
The Free plan includes manual syncs, rate-limited to roughly once a day, with all tabs and full formatting. The Pro plan is $9 / monthand adds unlimited manual syncs and automatic hourly or daily scheduling. Pro is billed through Shopify’s billing system and appears on your Shopify invoice. You can cancel anytime by downgrading or uninstalling; charges already billed are non-refundable except where required by law.
Acceptable use
Use the Service only with stores and Google accounts you are authorized to manage, and in compliance with Shopify’s and Google’s terms. Do not attempt to misuse, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service.
Your data
You own your store data and your spreadsheet. We access them only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for how you share the spreadsheet once it is created.
Availability and warranty
We work hard to keep syncs reliable, but the Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and you should not rely on the spreadsheet as your sole system of record.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sleek Sheets is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior three months.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify admin, which ends all syncing. We may suspend or end access if these terms are violated.
Changes
We may update these terms as the Service evolves; we will revise the date above when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
